Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Vegan. Dairy Free. Gluten Free. Delicious Nutritious Snack!

My favorite recipes are those that are healthy and super simple to make! A handful of ingredients, poured together and mixed for a few minutes, then roll them up and try not to eat them all at once! You can make a large quantity and freeze as many as you like for a rainy day!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Gluten Free Whole Grain Oats

  • 1 Cup Almond Butter

  • 1 Packet Dairy Free Chocolate Protein Shake*

  • 1/2 Cup Agave

  • 1/3 Cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips (I love Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips)

Mix everything together. Wet your hands a little, take a tablespoon amount, and form into bite size balls. Store in the refrigerator or freeze. Enjoy!
